I would splurge on one of the Hott Wash hot water washers. George is a paint who would look so much flashier if I could get him really clean with warm water. With the rest of the money, I'd get enough fly spray and fly traps to last all summer!
I would buy Ladybug Clogs for all the ladies in the family.
I would buy Supplements , Wormers & Hoof care , Health care and Fly control so I can keep all my horses in good Health. Linda
I would donate my $500 Shopping Spree to Changing Gaits Equine Therapy Program. So that they could use it towards anything that would help their program thrive.
OHMTGOSH! I dont know. I board horses and I ride endurence. With the price of gas I have to be frugel with my money.Im thinking supplies for the horses and barn. May be somthing for myself...
A shopping spree would be difficult...but I sure can give it a try.
Since you carry so many items, I wouldn't have any trouble in spending the $500 at Valley Vet.
I'd love to purchase the Pyranha Spray Master Kit. Hre in the south we grow alot of bugs.
Well, I just stocked up on all my horse supplements and boy $500.00 just about covered what all I spent. My 2 year old gelding as had a horrible few months with an injury that we thought was well. He was ent to the trainers and 4 days later he came up lame. Something in that same leg abseced into other issues such as the coffin joint and hoof. So, in around August around the drawing I will be out of the joint and hoof supplements. I would stock up in bigger quantities along with feed though fly stuff. Maybe protective hoof boots too. Only to dream!
I would get a much needed Western Saddle Set, and a few more grooming supplies.
Well, I would buy something new for each of my horses, a halter and lead or a new brush set, then with the rest of the money, I would donate to People Helping Horses (peoplehelpinghorses.org) so they could get some of the stuff off of their wish list!
I would buy a nice breastcollar/bridle combo set, as well as stock up on supplies. I would also buy some toys for my horses.

I got a teenage daughter who would flip for a new saddle - one that has NEVER belonged to ANYBODY before... (can't you hear her - lol)
I would spend the $500 quite quickly on my three kids, five horses. They would feel like it was a holiday if they could just pick items out and not worry about paying for them.
I would spend it all on CetylM for my senior horse. Since he has been on it he is doing wonderful and with gas & feed prices the $500 shopping spree would assure him of this medicine.
If I won, I would donate half to a local handicaped kids riding program I support and the other half to a hard working young horse trainer who could really use some new training items. Both have lost income due to the tough economy today.
If I won a $500.00 shopping spree, I would take half and buy supplies for the therapeutic riding center in my community and the other half would go towards the health supplies I need for my barrel horse.
I need a new saddle for small children for lessons.
It would make me so happy, I don't even know what I would do!! I would buy some very much needed fly protection supplies. My two geldings go through fly sheets like crazy and i am out every other day spraying them with fly spray and searching for the fly masks that they tear off each other! Probably some other maintenance stuff like wormers and supplements too.

A shopping spree would be a blessing. I would only buy the necessities. Wormer, feed, joint and hoof care.My guys don't care about the bling, but would really enjoy the extra feed and joint care.
Angie, NC
I would probably buy something like a show coat maybe even a saddle if it was cheap enough.
I would put it towards a good saddle. I've been forced to ride bareback or in saddles that were ill fitting for lack of funds for 2 years.
We just adopted 5 horses from a rescue here in Oklahoma so our family would buy things that are needed for first time horse owners. We need everything so $500.00 would come in very handy.
I would get stable supplies, buckets, feeders, warmers, blanket hangers etc.
I would donate half of it to a local Pony Club and the other half I would give to a friend in need of necessary horse supplies.
I am a volunteer with the US Equine Rescue League, I would use the $500 in horse supplies for our 200 foster horses in need.
I would purchase hoof care and other health care and pest control products for my horses, in the event I win.
I would donate the money to the learning disabled children at the non-profit equine center where my daughter rides. I would purchase things for the children to call "their own" - brushes, lead lines, etc. I would also purchase supplies for the owner of the ranch.
My daughter is in 4-H. She shows horses and I would buy things that she could use for them. I would buy a hot water washer, shampoos, body sheets, fly sprays and any thing else that she would need. Showing her horses is a big thing for her. She is finishing the training on one of them.
i m 46 years and dreamed all my life of having a horse,my partner gave me one the other day,,so i would use the money to buy the necessary things i need to make my horse at home and the things you need for a horse
Wormer, supplements, flyspray, maybe some wraps or leadropes... the essentials.
I would buy some of your delicious pony pops which my two Paints Love and which keep them busy when stalled at night. I would also buy my two supplements. Some shampoos with sunscreen and some of that herbal garlic. And if I had any money left, a 12-month wormer for both horses to cover me the year. I love Valley Vet for my equine supplies. Thanks! :)
I would apply it towards a Circle Y saddle that otherwise I cannot afford
A saddle for my Granddaughter
I would buy vaccine and some new blankets for winter. Also joint supplement. Valley Vet is definitely the best place to shop for horse supplies
I would add to my camping selection, love the wilderness
I would use part of it to help pay for a better saddle!!! Probably a Collegiate...
Then, I would spend the rest of it on supplies for Horse of CT.
http://horseofct.org/
Joint suppliments for my horses. I have a belgian filly that is on HA due to a bone chip as a baby and my half belgian driving horse is on a joint suppliment to keep her sound. They get really expensive.
I WOULD SPEND MY SHOPPING SPREE ON MY HORSE AND HIS BUDDY....WHEN WE RIDE WE RIDE WITH A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE AND A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF HIS.....THE TWO GET ALONG LIKE THEY WERE FRIENDS ALL THERE LIVES.....MORE PEOPLE SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THERE HORSES YOU COULD LEARN ALOT!!!!!
i would use the $500 for a set of sheep shearers for my son and daughter and maybe use what is left toward a grooming vacum. so they will have these tools for their 4H sheep and goat projects that they learn from each year. these are expensive items that we could not afford otherwise, they would certainly help them to stay competetive in this growing activity.
Routine maintenance items such as worming medicine and vaccinations. Whatever is left over would be used for replacing broken or lost items around the farm.
IF I WERE TO WIN THE SHOPPING SPREE, I WOULD GET WORMERS, FLY MASKS, FLY SPRAYS, SHAMPOOS, NEW BRUSHES, MAYBE EVEN A NEW BLANKET FOR MY STALLION, AND ANYTHING ELSE MY APPALOOSAS WOULD LOVE!!
I would buy enough wormer to last my 32 mini's, donkeys, horse & mule for a year. Then I would like name tags & grooming supplies for each of them. That would probably take care of the $500.00....
we would buy horse and pet(dogs) supplies, with some new grooming things too. have to take care of the babies you know, love them all.
I see a new trail saddle in my future.
I would start looking at a new english saddle pad, a pair of western show chaps, trickonometry: the secrets of teaching your horse tricks, lots of bug spray and traps for the summer, grooming items to get ready for show, a polebending base set, a new bit, english and western breastcollars, new western reins, and possibly a fancy western headstall. I'd make sure to get my moneys worth!! :D
I would buy supplements, health care things, fly sprays, vaccinations, etc.. The two horses in my care are important to me, family and I would buy things, I know would help to keep them healthy! Thanks!
Hmm. . . it would take some thought. Probably first thing on my list would be a driving harness, and then I'd probably splurge on things that I don't usually have money for like a lunging cavasion. . . maybe that really nice hackamore for my filly in training. . . It's nice to dream :)
I would buy some farrier tools and some basic supplies for my rescue horse, then donate the rest to the rescue both my horses came from.
I'd love to give our new local large and small animal rescue a portion of the spree so they could buy whatever they need the most. My 3 YO daughter is just about to start riding and I've been thinking about getting her a Buddy Saddle so she can ride along with me; maybe a couple of the expensive Oster brushes to feed my brush fetish. And for my best friends, one old pasture ornament, my beloved saddle pal, and my daughter's pony, I'd find as many tasty treats as the rest would buy.
I would invest in a portable electric fence for camnping with my horse. With the rest I would get wormers and fly spray.
I would love to set up automatic water systems in each of my pastures!
I would spend the money on nice winter blankets for horse and filly. It gets very cold and a lot of snow here in Idaho and we do not have a barn to keep them out of the cold weather.
I would buy tack for horses, gates
accessories and grooming supplies
I have a five year old god child that has a birth day coming up soon and I would like to get the SMX pink air ride saddle pad, along with the pink reinsman camarillo ostrich tack, to go with her saddle she will be getting.
I need some new tack.
I would donate half of my shopping spree to HORSEPOWER Therapuetic Learning Center and use the other half to get my horse (who is in the therapy program) a breast collar and a new saddle pad.
I would purchase fencing supplies. T-post caps, hot wire and chargers...
I would probable buy fly protection supply, wormers, hoof care supply, supplements for mare & colt, farrier supply, clippers. It would all be spented on horses.
My rescue Thoroughbred requires so many supplements to keep him happy. So I would use it on that :)
I am not sure what I would get, everything in the store is so many and all great I would have to think of what I would get. I know one thing, I would get a few wormers for my two horses. I would have to think about the rest.
I would replace alot of my old worn out tack with some well deserved "NEW" and tell my friends that they were comments of VALLEY VET SUPPLY
I would buy a saddle or put it towards a saddle.
I would definately stock up on grazing muzzles for my best friend Banjo since he has a metabolic resistance condition so I will never be without one so he can enjoy his pastures. I suppose I would just splurge and get him lots of stuff he dosen't have just so the two of can enjoy together.
I would stock up on joint supplements for my retired 22 year old reining mare.
I would stock up on joint supplements for my 22 year old reining mare.
If I won I would Just Cry! I am a teen with two horses and I live with my dad who luckily can afford for me to have both of them. If I won I would pay most of the money to my dad to make up for the years he has spent on feed and care products. Then with whatever money is left after that I would buy my horse "Jade" an embroidered halter that I got for my horse "Texas" from Valley Vet!
I would purchase supplements for all the rescue horses that I help care for. I have one old Arabian Stallion (33 years old) and an 25 year old x-broodmare (daughter of Secretariat) who need Command Senior. I have an 18 year old arthritic Belgium mare who needs Cetyl-M to get around. I also need to provide for a rescued Arabian stallion (15) and a 20 year percheron gelding. Winning the 500 shopping spree would be a dream come true.
I would love to upgrade my daughters gear. New pads, halters, breast strap and head stall, Good Luck Everybody....
& God Bless
I would buy the HDR Club All Purpose saddle, as my current saddle doesn't fit my horse. :-)
Hmm. I'm in need of a wool saddle pad, joint supplement, sand clear, water buckets, polo wraps, Classic Equine Legacy boots or Professional Choice Elites boots. Horse blanket. Breast collar. Over reach boots, wormers. Maybe some twinkle toes hoof polish to make them look "pretty" for a show. I dunno. I need a lot of new stuff, all my stuff is old and falling apart.
Rosie says:
I need a new saddle blanket badly. Would love one of those air rides, but am on a tight budget - feed takes priority! Could also use some boots, & some of those cute slogan Tshirts for family & friends.
Chris said,
I would give it to my Mom.
Total Health Enhancement products for my horse with ulcers
My horses winter blankets have gotten beat up over the last few years. I really like the Brookside blankets - the quality and price just can't be beat. I could definately use the money on new winter blankets.
I would get the English saddle starter set for my daughter and the Elite sprint boots for her horse. If there is anything left I will use it to add to my horses first aid kit.

If/when I won/win a $500 Valley Vet shopping spree?!! I'm a woman, nuff said! lol They have so many great things for horses, it wouldn't be very hard. And for people, too. And there's the possibility of donating the money to a wonderful organization that would put it to really good use. FYI, to y'all that ride western...I think it'd be a great idea to give your horse some dressage training. It would really enhance the performance in the show ring. Something to think about! God's blessings to everyone!! And God bless America!
Decisions, decisions :) If I won a $500.00 shopping spree I would buy a new bridle, a tack trunk, clippers, mac boots and some bell boots.

I am lucky enough to have most of what I need for my two wonderful horses. I would give it to Days End Farm Horse Rescue. I should give back to horses for all the wonderful things they do for me.

WOW! The possibilities with Valley Vet is endless! First I would get fly sheets for my saddlebred and my little arabian. Then I would stock up on the best fly sprays and premise sprays. I think they deserve to have the best toys and health supplies...hoof care products and supplements. I also need to add to the fencing so they have more room to run and play. I have the room, just not the fening yet! I've bought many things from this company like the best solar charger. They stand behind their products and are a wealth of information if you ask for their advise. The $500.00 would be gone in a hearteat! I love my horses...I have had better health and a better outlook on life since I came back to having horses in my lif. And Valley Vet has been there for us all the way! Thanks! OMG....SO MANY WONDERFUL THINGS TO CHOOSE FROM!!! Well....Since we have 10 horses (A Stallion, 6 Mares and three Weanling Foals), I would definately stock up on vaccines and wormers and because Valley Vet's prices are so reasonable, I would probably have enough prize money left to buy myself a couple of bits!!
OMG....SO MANY WONDERFUL THINGS TO CHOOSE FROM!! We have 10 horses (a stallion, 6 mares and 3 weanling foals), so I would definately stock-up on vaccinations and wormers and Valley Vet's prices are so low that I would most likely have enough prize money left to by myself a couple of high-quality bits!!
Stetson had EPM last year. We caught it early, we think, and treated it agressively. However, there are some lingering effects. We feed a lot of supplements to help him all we can. So we would buy supplements, supplements, and more supplements in hopes they help him be as normal as possible
lea said,
My daughter now shareboards and would like her own tack supplies including the saddle. What a surprise it would be for me to tell her she could shop for these things!
Stolen Horse International (Stolen Horse International) would be our recipient of at least half of the funds. They need everyone's support. And since we are regular buyers at Valley Vet, the remaining funds would be spent on products for "the boys" (our horses). Yahoo! Go gaited!
I would purchase things that I would not normally purchase on my budget. I would slurg on my horses and possibly get a vet kit to have on hand
I would also spend 1/2 for a horse rescue and the other half on supplements for my 21 year old Quarter horse mare who is doing great for her age.

I would donate the winnings to Heart Stone Farm in Greeneville Tennessee. A local orphanage's riding program that is in need and appreciative of all gifts received.

A hott washer or portable electric fence for camping.
I would buy all the horses that needed joint supplements at the barn, HA, and other joint supplements. Including my 26 yr old.
I would like to make up a first aid box. My horse just turned 26, but you'd never know. She's young at heart and looks young. I'd want to buy some books about first aid, and the best things to do. I would buy her more shavings for her stall, and maybe get a load of dirt hauled in so that it could be even and get her a rubber mat. That should be about do it. I don't need anything, she's my only kid. lol.

These two boys really depend on thier daily dose of Cetyl M!!!! My Dalmation can barely walk without having this supplement! I was laid off of my job and money is really tight for me right now. Having this $500.00 shopping spree would help me out to know I will have a supply of Cetyl M to keep my Boys healthy & happy!!

I am staying home with my son who has had open heart surgeries and have had to sell some of our horses already. I hope to return to work soon and won't feel as guilty about spending money on my equine friends. A 500.00 shopping spree would be a dream come true!!
Gosh, it would be great! I would buy ALL the vacines my horses need and dewormers and fly products and joint supplements that they need and not have to worry so much. I have 6 big horses, 1 small mule, 3 mini's. 5 of them I got at auction to save them from slaughter, 4 of them are seniors, and I always need something for one of them. Also have 6 dogs 6 cats , all but one are rescues, And it gets expensive trying to take good care of them. This morning I took a 5yr old mare to the vet with her face swollen,(I think a snakebite) so it would be wonderful to win a 500$ gift cert!!!

I would buy supplies I need on the farm for the horses and dogs like vaccines , wormers & supplements.
We have recent rescued two miniature horses. These two mares were in such bad shape we were not sure that they would pull through. They have improved greatly with vet help and the loving care my 11 year old daughter has given them. She has taken this responsibility seriously and is using their progress and pictures as one of her 4 h projects. I showed her the contest and told her I would enter and told her if we were selected she could use the shopping spree for the minis and for herself. She said she would get things for the minis because they has such a bad time and deserve to be spoiled.
Most likely would buy a Groomers Edge Clipper the big clippers are too heavy.
I would buy supplies for our therapeutic riders!
Love to have some really nice saddle pads for my two boys, and the rest on supplements probably. Maybe a T-shirt for mom.
It's hard to say. I am just getting back into horses after being out of it for about 10 years. I just bought a 6 Y.O. Tennessee Walker. She was a rescue animal and our home seems like the place she wants to be. She gets more attention now than she has ever gotten in her life. I guess I would get general care supplies as that is what I am in need of. However if I could dream then it would be used toward a good saddle and bridle set. She seems like she wants to go and have fun.
Imagine bringing home your new baby girl. You think about all the wonderful experiences you can share with her. You imagine taking her to her first dance lesson and dressing her up in a ballet costume. Well that is what I dreamed, but it wasn't what happened. I am a transplant from the city to the farm, and my little girl is a true country girl. Instead of ballet shoes, she wanted cowboy boots and of course she wanted a horse. LOL, it is a good thing that we have good neighbors to help her learn about and how to ride her horse. My daughter always has a request for something she needs either a show halter or fly spray or something else she can't live without, so I would love to see her eyes light up when I told her she had $500 to spend entirely on her horse!
I would love to have the option of sitting down and being able to look through the magazine and know that I can get exactly what I'd want. I wouldn't have to bargin shop or spend hours searching out the best prices on the internet.
My options would be endless :)
I would get the things I need for my horses such as leg boots and toys for them since they spend most of thier time in a stall.
(1) Cosequin powder for horse #1 & Legacy pellets for horse #2. (2) A year's supply of various worming pastes. (3) Muck rakes and buckets to donate to the barn where my horses are boarded.
If I won something it would definately be going towards a nice new endurance saddle. :)
New saddle, saddles pads (2), old macs for Brisco, halters, firstaid kit, water-carrier for the horse trailer. Or I may share with daughter who is the horse manager at Cranhill Ranch in central lower Michigan and needs all the supplies she can muster!
I would buy stall mats for my barn, feed buckets and halters. My barn was hit by Hurricane Charlie & Hurricane Frances a couple of years ago and I lost everything in my barn except my horses...I'm trying to replace my equipment & horse supplies little by little.
if I were lucky enough to be one of the winners, I would be very grateful & humbled to say the least.
VACCINES, DOG PENS, SUPPLEMENTS, CLOTHING, JEWELRY, SHOES/BOOTS. I AM SURE IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM WITH ALL VALLEY VET HAS TO OFFER!!!
I would like to receive vitamins, minerals, supplements and performance items.
I would like to buy wormers, fly spray, headstall, breast collar, fly mask, saddle racks. I'd get a lot of fly spray to last the rest of the summer!!!!!!!!
There are so many things we need that it would take some time to narrow the list down. New saddle, blankets, clippers, grooming supplies, etc. It would certainly be fun to win a shopping spree!
A new saddle cause mine sucks haha!
My Five year old would love everything of her very own and very much deserves it, she already knows the best life which is having a best friend as her horse whom she calls her champion, child innocence is lovely to be around and would be even better to be rewarded with such a great gift
Lovin Morgans - I would donate it to a program just started in my town using rescued horses and troubled kids to help each other.
I dont have a horse, but I do ride. I would use it on a new pair of boots, and some breeches (to see if riding in them is more comfortable than good ol' jeans.) And then I'd probably spend the rest on books.
My 2yr old Arabian Racking Mule needs a driving harness. Training supplies for my 1yr Appaloosa Filly, new show halter. Extra saddle pads and bridles because I'm getting ready to set up my own bordering facility for people who own horse but need someone to make sure they are ready to ride when they are. O, yea you can't forget supplements, wormers, fly spray, hoof care, because without a healthy hoof you don't have a horse.
It's like making out your Christmas list for Santa! I have always wanted a rolling rack to carry my tack to and from shows. We don't have a trailer and my mom and I usually lug everything ourselves. My list would also include the usual fly spray, salt blocks, wormers and supplements, to buy for everyone at my barn. I really want to say thanks for all they have done for me!
A shopping spree to me will be a great asset, as I would get wire fencing I need for the horses.
Owning a horse means there are always things that you need - or at least you think you need! I would like a new helmet, new chaps, and some suppliments. $500 goes quickly!
REcently I had to put my horse down. The mares spooked and broke a fence line. My horse got her foot caught in a loop of wire fencing and cut it seriously. I know $500 would not be enough for all new fence( no Wire) but it would be a start. Virginia
It would be a blessing if we would win a shopping spree. There are so many things we could use it's hard to say exactly what we would spend it on. We are always ordering from Valley Vet.

I would love to get a few toys for me and my 2 horses. I would definetly get a new western saddle pad that would help support the saddle and their backs and fly spray, new winter blankets, and engraved halters so they each have their very own and toys for their stalls of course.
I would get all kinds of horse supplies. Neoprene muck shoes, wormer, hoof care and vaccines, halters, lead ropes and halters and maybe a muck cart.
